
Irena founded her law firm in order to provide clients with more individualized attention, - something she always dreamed about when she worked as a judicial clerk at the New York State Supreme Court and as an associate at a prominent New York law firm. Her firm's focus on a few core areas of law and extensive use of technology and innovation allows for providing high quality, efficient services. Irena is a member of the American Bar Association, Intellectual Property section, New York State and City Bar Associations, New York Women's Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers' Association. As a member of the New York County Lawyer's Association, Irena co-edited Attorney's Guide to Civil Practice in the New York Supreme Court.
She is a member of the Ukraine Immigration Task Force, an organization providing legal help to Ukrainians who are fleeing the war.
